Climb27 - A/V Media Ticket

Climb27 - A/V Media Ticket

We know that many exhibitors, partners, sponsors, and speakers want to tell their own story at Climb27.

While ClimbUK captures photography, video, and other event media throughout the festival, some organisations prefer to bring their own photographer, videographer, content creator, social media team, or production crew to capture dedicated content for their brand. The A/V Media Ticket has been created to make that easier and more affordable.

For £100 (ex. VAT), this ticket allows approved media personnel attending on behalf of a participating organisation to access Climb27 for the purpose of capturing photos, videos, audio, interviews, and other media content.

What's Included?

  • Entry to Climb27 for media production purposes.
  • Access to the event areas, exhibition spaces, networking zones, and sessions necessary to support your coverage activities.
  • A reduced-cost ticket specifically designed for photographers, videographers, content creators, social media teams, and other media professionals working on behalf of an exhibitor, partner, sponsor, or speaker.
  • The flexibility to create content tailored to your organisation's brand, campaigns, and objectives.

Why is There a Charge?

Every person attending Climb27 contributes to the operational costs of running the festival, including venue access, registration, security, health and safety, event infrastructure, and attendee services.

The A/V Media Ticket is offered at a significantly reduced rate compared to a standard attendee ticket because its purpose is media production rather than participating in the full event experience. This helps organisations bring their own media teams without incurring the cost of a standard delegate pass.

Conditions of Use

To qualify for this ticket, ClimbUK must receive copies of all content captured at the event, including:

  • Photography
  • Video footage
  • Audio recordings
  • Interviews
  • Social media content
  • Any other media captured during the event

The organisation bringing the media team remains responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, releases, or other approvals required for their intended use of the content, including compliance with applicable filming, photography, privacy, copyright, and data protection laws.

ClimbUK's Terms and Conditions include provisions covering attendance at the event, however organisations using A/V Media Tickets are expected to manage their own content capture activities responsibly and lawfully.

Please note: This ticket is intended exclusively for individuals attending in a media production capacity and is not a substitute for a standard attendee ticket. Eligibility for this ticket is conditional upon compliance with these requirements. ClimbUK reserves the right to withdraw access and remove any ticket holder found to be using an A/V Media Ticket outside its intended purpose, without refund, in accordance with the ClimbUK Terms and Conditions.
