How to book my Unloading Access

Use this article when you need to reserve unloading access for your vehicle on the exhibitor appointment site.

Before you start

• Open Exhibitor Appointment Booking while signed in to your Climb account.
• Know your HGV vs van classification and whether you need a banksman escort—enter accurate dimensions.

Who can do this

Steps

1. Open https://exhibitor.climb-uk.com/appointment.
2. Choose the Unloading Access appointment type.
3. Provide vehicle registration, approximate length, and driver phone when the form requests them—marshalling cannot plan without those facts.
4. Pick the earliest feasible slot that still meets build deadlines.
5. Submit and capture the confirmation reference for gate security.

Check the result

• Confirmation lists the registration plate you typed.

If something does not work

• If the site rejects your vehicle length, split into two bookings or call the logistics desk—do not guess smaller dimensions.
