How to book my PAT Testing

Before you start

Open Exhibitor Appointment Booking while signed in to your Climb account.
Have stand number, site contact mobile, and appliance counts ready—the external site validates those fields before confirming.

Who can do this

Anyone with the booking link may start the flow; final confirmation may still require an organiser-approved email domain—read any gating banners the microsite shows.

Steps

Open https://exhibitor.climb-uk.com/appointment in a desktop browser (mobile works, but file uploads may be easier on desktop).
Authenticate or continue as a guest exactly the way the microsite prompts—follow the on-screen wording literally because this flow is not served by the Odoo /my codebase in this repository.
Pick the PAT Testing service type from the appointment catalogue.
Select the event, stand, and slot combination that matches your build schedule.
Enter organiser-required contact fields, then submit and wait for the confirmation screen or email.

Check the result

The confirmation references PAT explicitly.
Date/time/time zone match your calendar entry.

If something does not work

If slots are greyed out, the venue cap is hit—refresh after midnight local time or contact ops for a manual hold.
If payment fails, retry with another card and capture the gateway error code for finance.
