How to update my profile on the partner and exhibitor listings
Use this article when you need to publish accurate public sponsor data for an event.sponsor row linked to your organisation.
VIP polish: keep the slogan under a tweet-length—visitors read it in hero cards next to your logo.
Before you start
- Open My Event Partners while signed in to your Climb account.
- Collect the final marketing copy, contact numbers, HTTPS website URL, and any compliance-approved wording before editing.
Who can do this
You must be signed in as an organisation administrator: your portal partner must match the company root, and the Administrate Organization checkbox must be enabled in /my/company → Permissions. Otherwise the controller redirects to /my/company?error=not_admin.
Steps
- From
/my/company, openEvent Partner Profiles(or browse directly to/my/event-partners). - Select the row you need; each list entry shows the sponsor
Nameplus the relatedEventlabel. - Press the
Editpill on the right to loadEdit Partner Listing. - Read the yellow
Public on the event websitenotice—only include information you are happy to expose on exhibitor/partner pages. - Update
Name,Slogan,Email,Phone,Website, and the largeDescriptiontextarea as required. - Press
Save, then useBack to partner listingsif you want to continue auditing other sponsors.
Check the result
- The success banner reads
Partner listing saved.

- Public fields contain no internal-only notes or personal phone numbers you did not intend to publish.
If something does not work
- If the list says
No event partner listings are linked to your organization yet.
, finance or operations has not created a sponsor record for you—ask them to attach one to your company.
- If saving fails silently, confirm required fields (the
Nameinput is mandatory) and retry after checking for validation banners.
